2021 — Present

IT Program Manager

Northrop Grumman

Coordinate the full lifecycle of engineering tools for Space & Aeronautics programs — Technology Review Board selection through retirement. Manage a ~$10M software budget; built the demand case for multi-year enterprise agreements with Atlassian, Wind River, Oracle, and TestPlant Eggplant, and led the Synopsys Coverity agreement — cutting license delivery from months to days. Mentor a team of analysts.

2016 — 2021

Application Engineer/Analyst PMO

Northrop Grumman

Led the enterprise-wide desktop standard rebranding — benchmarked engineering workloads with Dell and HP across five sites, approved by all sectors. License-metrics SME across 30+ restricted networks carrying $150M+ in engineering software. Ran the sector chargeback program ($3.4M in registered charges) and analytics across a ~$20M portfolio; contributed to $806K in maintenance reductions and ~$3M in cost avoidance in 2019.

School Planning Analyst

Jeanette C. Justus Associates

Conducted school impact analyses for residential developments. Designed and developed a school database system to optimize data organization and impact assessment efficiency.

Logistics Specialist

A&A International Shipping

Managed export documentation for Long Beach customs. Oversaw warehouse cataloging and inventory management to ensure accurate shipment preparation.

Laboratory Technician

Emax Laboratories

Performed soil sample moisture analysis and data entry for laboratory testing. Maintained safe and compliant operations through rigorous equipment maintenance.
